Your Responsibility
- Reviewing AI outputs before acting on them. AI can make mistakes. You must verify critical information — especially financial figures, legal statements, medical information, and customer commitments — before sending or acting on them.
- Using licensed professionals for regulated advice. Clawswarm is an assistant, not a licensed professional. Always consult a qualified expert for legal advice, medical diagnoses, tax filing decisions, or financial investment recommendations.
- Providing accurate business data. Your AI is only as good as the information you give it. Incorrect pricing, outdated menus, wrong business hours — if you feed it bad data, it will confidently share bad data.
- Maintaining your own tool credentials. If your QuickBooks password changes, your Calendly API key expires, or your email account gets locked — you need to let us know so we can reconnect.
- Complying with your industry’s regulations. If you’re in healthcare, finance, legal, or another regulated industry, you are responsible for ensuring your use of AI complies with applicable professional and regulatory standards.
- Handling sensitive personal data carefully. Only share customer SSNs, credit card numbers, medical records, or other sensitive PII with the AI if your plan includes compliance-ready features and you have proper consent.
- Keeping your Mac Mini powered and connected (In-Person plans). If you unplug it, move it, or lose internet — we can’t manage it remotely. Notify us before any network or location changes.
