Hosted plans route data through encrypted infrastructure but do involve third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). In-Person plans keep data on your premises. We sign data processing agreements and comply with CCPA, but you should understand what data flows where. We provide a full data flow diagram on request.
Third-Party AI Model Changes
We use AI models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. These companies may change pricing, capabilities, terms, or availability. We mitigate this by supporting multiple model providers and can switch models without disrupting your service — but pricing adjustments may be necessary if underlying costs change significantly.
Open-Source Platform Dependency
Clawswarm is built on OpenClaw, an open-source project with strong community support. While open-source projects can change direction, we maintain the ability to fork and independently maintain our deployment, so your service continues regardless of upstream changes.
Limitation of Liability
Clawswarm is a technology service, not a professional advisor. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI outputs, lost revenue from AI errors, or regulatory non-compliance in your industry. Our service agreement caps liability at the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We strongly recommend reviewing AI-generated content before it reaches your customers.
How We Protect You
We carry Technology E&O insurance and cyber liability coverage. We implement output monitoring, human-in-the-loop safeguards on critical workflows, automatic PII detection and redaction, and regular security audits.
